Hello! Let me introduce you to our family. My name is Mike and I'm originally from Texas. I moved to Oregon about ten years ago, and Oregon has become my new home. I work at Intel and love my job in Occupational Safety. My beautiful wife, Amy, is a stay-at-home mom who has a passion for different cultures and languages. She loves staying at home with our 3 year old son, Caleb.
We recently purchased a home so we could one day fulfill a dream that brought Amy and I together. Amy and I met at a kids camp for children in the foster care system called Royal Family Kids Camp. It was this mutual love for these kids that brought us together.
It is our desire to adopt children out of the foster care system so we can provide a loving and nurturing home for them. We know that God has placed this desire in our hearts. We are anxiously waiting and preparing for the exciting day when we can bring them home!
